AG Edwards issued a report that was very critical of TE and questioned their ability to maintain the common dividend. I have followed TE for a long time and it is a top notch company. They may have bitten off a bit of a bad apple by getting so heavily into the merchant energy biz at a time of declining demand. AGEdwards felt that they cost of the merchant energy plants would take a sizeable hit on earnings. larry
