TA types, especially - "there's always a retest," they said. Well, here we are and everyone's a bear. Hmm.

Please stay on topic, we are talking about Iraq.

Has everyone forgotten that during the late July and August rallies, most everyone was predicting a retest of July lows in a couple months? TA types, especially - "there's always a retest," they said. Well, here we are and everyone's a bear. Hmm.

Well it looks like the proverbial capitulation has occurred in the NAZ. Here we are, trading at 75% below the historical high, and nobody steps in to buy in a day when the market falls 3%.

On the DJI, investors have not given up just yet. Buyers stepped forward at 7800. Give it another month or two, and they too will capitulate. The DJI will not stabilize until it has tested (and possibly broken) a line around 6500-7000.

I haven't seen the public sell yet. In fact the advise given is its too late to sell. Till the public finally
gives up on their stocks and actually sells, we won't bottom.
