It is known as "Shining the Light of Day" on these anti-semitic acts.

For the misinformed and clueless, such as myself, how is organizing a political protest to divest away from Israel based upon their government's treatment of Palestinian civilians in the occupied territories an act of anti-semitism? Or perhaps, is any concerns directed against Israel the unwritten Eleventh Commandment: "Thou shall not criticize Israel."

It is peculiar how ordinary Americans who have legitimate concerns and criticisms of Israel's foreign policy are painted as anti-semites and any Jews having similar compunctions are labeled "self-hating." To avoid hypocrisy and a double standard, we should address individuals who are critical of the current Arab culture as anti-Arabs in order to portray some consistency in how we should perceive each other.
