"Are you paying more taxes combining the company and your salary than you would without incorporating and wiping out company profits by claiming all as salary"

Yes. I have told you this a number of times. Again - if you are going to assert that I am cheating the system, then tell me how I am doing it so I can respond. Your charges were and are unfounded, yet you keep coming back to me with questions, and won't answer the ones I ask you.

"if you're paying more by incorporating why incorporate?"

There really is no need to answer this, as I have already addressed it pretty clearly. Since you seem to have trouble understanding I will state it one more time. Being incorporated offers me flexibility and options that I would not have if I worked directly for another company doing the same job. If I did work directly for another company I would pay less taxes and consequently pocket more money. It is a situation I may change at some point becuase I would make a bit more, but so far I like the flexibility of working for myself.

Now if you could just explain why you would leave more money in the company if the only result would be for you to pay more taxes and to take home less money personally we could put this to bed. If you are just going to restate the same charges, or ask me for the jillionth time about my business then you can save it.
