re: "surprised the research site considers 'not selling' to be bullish........first time I've heard that."

Not so, for me. It, a dramatic shift downwards in insider selling, has been considered bullish for a very long time. The drop off in insider selling is far more dramatic at AMD than it is at intC. Even more bullish is net insider buying. There have been virtually no insider sales at AMD in over one year, a meaningful departure from past history, and recently Hector Ruiz, of all people, has been buying AMD common on the open market. You do not suppose that he thinks that he knows something that those who are selling AMD shares do not?
