Remember, we had this discussion last winter. tekboy said that a friend of his in Mideastern studies confirmed that there was a political litmus test along Said's post-colonialist lines, that academic applicants had to pass?

I certainly don't remember tek saying that but if he did, neither he or his friend or in a position to know that large a generality.
