Time to eliminate the idiotic taxation of dividends for investors. It would quickly solve the credibility problems that have arisen from the collapse of the accounting profession's integrity.

Few expected the accountants to collapse into the dust like they did, and there's no law possible to fix that (though I think the profession will rise again, long term). The free markets, however, are MADE for this kind of reform...

I think Microsoft gets a lot of money from the tax treatment of options it grants to employees.

I've heard Berkshire makes a lot of money from its investments.

They're different situations.
