Yes, that is so. Indeed, most of what we know of people is through their words, since we are rarely present at the dramatically important moments, and thus rely on their accounts or the accounts of others. It is an important fact about me, and helped shape my personality, that I grew up with a brother with cerebral palsy, and spent a lot of time lifting him and pushing his wheelchair, especially after my parents divorced. Know one would know that unless I told her, and it would be hard to check on unless one could easily find and query my family, or someone who grew up with me........
