One does wonder about both agencies, Bill, that's for sure. How many employees are entrenched there, and have been for years? How did a Robert Hansen live there without detection? What happened to all the missing State Department and FBI missing computers? How much does the "changing heads" of both agencies change or affect the other employees? Who reports to whom? How did it happen that no one would listen at FBI Hdq to the FBI AZ district office re the possible hijacking event that actually did happen...
