FDA is dithering over MEDI's recently filed response to request for info, but MEDI warned recently, too. That implies it does not expect to be able to launch in time for the '02 flu season. I would figure Dr. Dougherty, or whoever, thinks the worst has been priced in after this warning, and thus made the call. I figure we can buy MEDI if the FDA approves FluMist and still have plenty of upside to play when it happens. Cheers, Tuck
