Two years ago, my CPA kept sending out letters asking if we'd like him to set us up with financial advisors to manage money. I told him when I met him in March to pick up the prepared returns that the market was getting ready for at least a one-third decline. Yesterday, he sent me a postcard asking about setting us up with refinancing the mortgage. I hear there's quite an explosion in mortgage banking employment and all the associated professions.
