You really are fixated on this. Lots of people have posted to you that any connection between terrorist groups other than Al Qaeda and 9/11 remains tenuous. However, there is plenty of evidence that Al Qaeda works in cooperation with other terrorist organizations, some of them sponsored by Iraq. 9/11 is far from the only terrorist act against US interests, John. There was the 1993 WTC bombing, the attack on the US Cole, on and on.

Getting rid of terrorism means ALL terrorists, not just Al Qaeda.

No, it was NOT "the question" -- it was YOUR question, as if we could coexist happily with the emnity of any group that didn't happen to plan 9/11. There have been many other attacks planned and some executed, against us, Israel, Egypt, and other allies. We will be damn stupid if we don't examine all of them.
