Cracked open some apple wine I made in 2000 last night. It's a lot better tasting than I recall. Didn't think anything but red wine improved with age..

Apple is definitely not my favorite, but when you have bushels and bushels of apples, and it's a thin yr. for the red grapes - you have to make do.
