No, this garbage heap doesn't seem to have much of a clue about anything. What kind of idiot appoints mob junk like this Harry Potter to head the SEC garbage? Is that supposed to restore confidence in the mob run market? The mob junk is a former Washington lobby whore for the accounting industry, trained by the Andersen mob book goosing outfit. The junk was desperate to save that outfit earlier in the year but the customers of that mob outfit walked. So it was history. But Washington mob garbage tried to save it and that is a fact.
