-LOL- No! I didn't mean any comparison of Canada to the country Iraq politically. Besides you don't have much oil... so why should we be interested in your WMD. -g-. Just noticed though Canada is a net exporter of energy, and an important energy provider to the USA...

The comparison as meant in a geographical sense. Like if China struck Canada with nuclear weapons, and a radio active cloud drifted into the USA, and people started to get seriously ill and deaths occurred from radiation poisoning, even if China said "sorry about the colateral damage", and with many Canadian deaths, the powers that be in the USA and Canada would be expected to deal with the situation.
