the GAO study proved that it was a lie.

Everything I read, that I trust, says there has been huge jumps in accuracy since '91. If you read the reports from Afghanistan, it shows it. The Afghans our on side were so awed they were referring to our method of killing the Taliban as a "Death Ray." Read the interviews with our Special Forces Guys with the Northern Alliance. pbs.org
"Mistakes were Made" as the saying goes. The biggest one was when one of the controllers gave the plane his own coordinates by mistake. We will have a lot of "Fog of War" stuff when we go in, but they really are getting pretty good. And that comes from someone who really is pissed at the "Air Farce!"
