yes, it does....and is prolly the DOW's biggest problem right now....

Dow component IBM (IBM: news, chart, profile) slid by 5 percent to $60.13 after Morgan Stanley analyst Rebecca Runkle took a "detailed" look at the company's 10-Q filing and noted that Big Blue's earnings from its non-core business were declining. She also said that the contribution of Big Blue's pension plan to its income was likely to fall; an overfunded pension plan adds to pre-tax profits. Moreover, IBM's stock option costs are "significant and growing," Runkle added.
