I am aware of those problems. It is one of the reasons I approve of Bush pere resisting a march on Baghdad. I am also certain that such things have weighed on the minds of those in the Administration responsible for planning an engagement with Iraq. In any event, what are we going to do, make sure that the Kurds and Shi'ites are held down forever, instead of looking for a more equitable (and durable) solution? Shi'ite demographics already threaten the regime, and the Kurds could blow at any time. So, I am content to see what the Administration has planned, and hope for the best.......
