"Why?" It might provide some means of attributing reason to your position. "...no one else provides guidelines." It looks to me like most people who are challenging your position have gone to greater or lesser efforts to define guidelines for how they determine the "who" of other people. I have noticed that you generally discount everything but I wasn't aware that you were totally missing it. "And even if other people were I probably wouldn't" That would be consistant.
