This is the time, precisely because there is no mistaking that a radical approach is necessary. There is no "peace process" to worry about; it is clear that there are terrorists out there who need no further provocation, but will destroy a city at the first opportunity; and it is clear that we cannot afford to indulge regimes like Saddam's until they get their hands on missiles and warheads..........
