Naturally, I agree that "personas appear to have a clue or not." Appearance is deceptive, however. The idea that a fictional character thinks is notional. The "clue," or comprehension, you perceive is, or is not, 'had' by a person. There's nobody else out there.

Edit: Re "crusades." I simply posted a joke. On another thread, if I remember correctly. The Never Pass Up a Chance To Be Correcter Than Thou Crusade was undertaken by others. You may remember.
