One has to ask, with interest rates so low, why sell a stock with so much growth potential?

Its because they own 25% of the company.

I'm not a huge fan of brcm, since I agree with the other poster that mrvl looks like a better play in this space anyway, and chips up until recently were the only thing holding up the naz and looked doomed to fail.

But all this focus on insider selling when the 2 founders own more of the company than they should is really silly.

When 2 founders own 25% of a company, its hard to get board members and other executives. The scale is always tilted in favor of these majority owners. They need to get on a planned selling schedule and divest some of this stock.

At any rate, bad or good these shares are going to come into the market at some point so brcm is not a buy here imo.

Up until a few posts ago, there were some bears in this stock that thought this Samueli guy had cashed out. Geez.
