Trust me clappy, Workman's Comp has put me thru the meat grinder. I would need to write a message about three times as long as my knee injury post just to cover the main points. We're talking fraud, wrongdoing & coverups & numerous unpaid bills........ Multiple violations of laws, regulations & established policies & procedures, including The Freedom of Information Act & The Privacy Act. Workman's Comp ignored multiple inquiries by my Senators & Congresswoman. They repeatedly lied, manipulated facts, made deceptive & blatant distortions in the responses they did make to inquiries by my Senators & Congresswoman. Their own Office of Inspector General, which is legally responsible for the investigation Fraud, Waste & Abuse, flatly refuses to look into my allegations. They've put the U in ugly :-( Oh, and in case you didn't know, you can't sue them either. You must work within their so called system........ And if you lose...... tuff chit! BTW, my knee is not much better today than it was when I quit. Whatever is wrong with it, rehab exercising has not worked. And the numbness hasn't changed since the injury. I can't begin to tell you how I long to return to multiple annual camping, hunting & fishing vacations like I used to do. That was where I recharged my batteries & it was what I considered the ultimate R&R. C'est la vie. Thank God I have a wonderful wife a tough constitution. Ö¿Ö
