Hard for me to see how you got that out of my chart where it has fluctuated from 1.9x to 7.1x the dow. If you are talking about the channel I discussed, as I said, it has been violated in both direction now. It is more likely than not, imho,to work its way back down into the channel, than it is to go to 10x.

I expect it's relative value to fluctuate. Wildly. I used dow/nas charts before I ever saw them anywhere else, and I used them to determine periods of excess enthusiasm and depression.
