I agree. While prior restraint is not the ideal solution in the context of a lawful society, sovereign nations do not exist in such a society. For the same reason that dictators like Saddam Hussein are allowed to terrorize their captive citizenry while the world stands by and does nothing, we are allowed to protect our own interests while the world stands by and does nothing.
