Was being cynical, as in <g>...see the post I was replying to....

Of course, Rascal was dumping on Bush again. Bush does in fact represent one half of the voters as well....and if poll numbers mean anything, a good many more than 50% of the voters.

As for hearing another POV....probably some of the earlier posts today between JohnM and I would speak to that....skiming and/or ignoring someone else POV.... Yep, I try to read most of the posts. Some don't.

PS...FL, you must be happy, even though there are lots of posts to wade through. This really is one of the very few threads that are interesting and current on SI today. Most people that post here are adults, and most don't need to supervised, IMO anyway. Sometimes folks get out of hand, but usually apologize if they do.

This entire War on Terrorism is hard on all of us, and the better informed on all sides we are, the better off we will be. And if we think the "WoT" is hard, if/when we have another attack, I would suggest that we don't know what "hard" is yet.

Another PS Faultline.....Seriously, wouldn't it be refreshing if we could find some leaders (of all stripes) who have some thoughtful SOLUTION possibilities regarding Iraq and Terrorism. Most of the media opinions posted here and in the media itself are more negative and combative, rather than thoughtful and really trying to think of any possibilites for solutions to this mess....

However, that is probably the underlying problem for all of us....how do we deal with a madman who murders at will and make any sense of a very bad situation?
