How would we know that?

Ted, one guy on the Mod thread (I forget who) said he's still holding AMD now because it's already too low to sell now.

I felt the same way with my LU stock. No real reason to sell after it fell so much. But then I changed my mind and sold, in part due to your suggestion. That was back at 1.60. LU is now below 1.00. Not that I would have lost much had I held, but still.

Ten, but you missed the other side of that suggestion which is to take that $1.60 per share and stick into something that is moving up..........and I do know of some low priced stocks that are ramping. <g>

My point is that AMD is in danger of doing the same thing. This stock is now pure speculation, as with any stock whose price is well below book and has negative EPS.

I want to say that AMD can't go the way of LU, and really, I don't think it will because I don't think there is the glut in the PC world like there is in telecom but in this economic climate, nothing is for sure.

P.S. - In case you haven't noticed, I'm posting from Korea right now. Love it here.

I could tell......there was some eerie Korean music playing as I read this post. LOL.

What........are you going back to find your roots? Will your new tag be a Korean? Will you only buy Korean? Will you regale us with stories of the homeland until we get so bored we put you on ignore! ;~))

ted
