Great article Bill
I have been watching the Pats every chance I get since they whipped us in the superbowl and they seem to be full of them type players. I really like Brady.

I've known for a long time that teams need to look at the
player's attitude more, than just the player's stats.
Carolina went 1-15 last year. Their only win was against
the Vikings, in Minn. If you build a team with quality
players who "want to win and a team oriented attitude", that
team will go places. Some players just want the high dollar
paycheck and that isn't good for a team. For example, in
Carolina. The running back Timachbatuca (Timbo), held out
for money, and missed training camp. Right then, I knew
he wouldn't produce and would be wasted money. They should
have passed on him. History proved me right. Carolina
wanted Spurrier as head coach. I was thinking, who is in
charge of picking these people???? Get the
wrong "superstar" and your stuck with salary cap, if he
doesn't produce.
