waiting until spring 2003 here. I want to gage their survival instincts beyond layoffs. google.com as long as i see the chinese internet portals still doing well, and the aol/legend partnership still expanding and developing in PRC, i think that nortel has a good chance to recover. they have a very good foundation in guangzhou and beijing. if things move well there, business might turn around for a select few companies that survive this period. we'll see. i have no problems waiting, and potentially being late to re-enter. martin
