DUK's secondary, while a good and necessary move for the long-term, will be a lead weight until it is absorbed into the market. There was also a news bit on CNBC this morning about employee (perhaps former) comments re traders quoting inflated gas prices to the press and implying some sort of bad acts. Haven't seen anything more on that and it may be nothing more than CNBC bad reporting of rumors, but it doesn't help.
