West, you may be right. THe only thng holding this back is MSFT, which has strange action today - seems like it can't get any traction - sellers hitting every move up.

We should be moving up now. But we don't(barely). Hard to make money in this market right now. Wild swings up and down last two days. Brokers making money fer sure.

Fed added 4.5B in repos. Usually when we get 4 or more we get a strong close.
