He noted that this has been a very reliable indicator. The Capitulation indicator has turned down, and if it continues down the market may rally up 18+%. It is possible that it zig zags and turns back up. On a weekly comparison the reading was the same as July, on a daily comparison the July reading was 5.96 vs the current 5.77. Donald is holding a full long position. If the new highs, new lows do not continue to improve today, and the market closes at the high of the day Donald may close his long positions. The market could have started a Three Day pattern yesterday, where the market is UP/UP/FLAT or UP/FLAT/UP. If day two or three is negative instead of up or flat it would be a bearish sign.
