As long as that rally does not exceed 8247 on a print basis, it should be followed by the final wave down to new lows between here and early next week. That pattern will produce the low due in this time frame. It appears that the Bradley forecast for a low near Sept. 27, plus or minus 2 days, will most likely mark the timing for the 5th wave low, and that will be the time to start raising long positions.>>
