Where is the general magic Binmore??? The game-theorist, master of the UK auctions, happily imported from US, the free market wizard claiming that the higher the price, the faster the licenses will be put into productive work??? Or maybe like the CEO of DT, "the cost of doing business". Ilmarinen Why was it so important that the UK 3G-auctions where the first ones of the major markets?? Sad with those dysfunctional magic neurons, and especially when the mouth talks, the pen writes. Anyway, the game has not yet ended, probably one reason why Binmore stays so silent.
