You know as well as I the countries that have a tradition of being okay and those that tend to be on the slimy side of life.

There is probably less than handful of democracies on the entire continent of Africa, countries that are not run by slime. In Mid-East, I don't know. The kings, sheiks and dictators, none of them are necessarily my cup of coffee, and any one of them is capable of slimy actions. South and Latin America has been making some progress, but there was time when there was maybe only Costa Rica that was up to the high standards.

That still does not address the question that country can be "ok", and go on to do slimy things. Case in point Yugoslavia.

Basically, you are grasping at straws trying to make this administration look bad. You are frustrated and turning increasingly bitter (which is not good for your sense of humor). I can tell you from my personal experience is that it is a waste of energy.
