Thanks, but I did a quick search and confirmed that Perot had indeed founded Electronic Data Systems (EDS) which he later sold to GM retaining an ownership interest which made him one of GM's biggest shareholders. I thought I remembered this because some EDS employees had been taken hostage in Iran in the 70s I think. Perot arranged a mission to rescue them. He was successful where Carter later failed.
