I have stated on numerous occasions that I would be there in a heart beat if my country would have me.

Sad for you that your position is wrong.

The words of John F. Kennedy, in his Inaugural Address, speaks loud and clear. Even today his words ring true.

People all over the world hate America. Some of them even appear to be right here on SI.

This is just the way it is.

Let every nation know, whether it wishes us well or ill, that we shall pay any price, bear any burden, meet any hardship, support any friend, oppose any foe, in order to assure the survival and the success of liberty.

President John F. Kennedy

Absolute manure...(as usual)

A US citizen does not need to be willing to go into military service to have an opinion about the proper use of the military. It never stopped Clinton, did it? And I'll bet you never made a single complaint. This country has a strong tradition of civilian control of the military. The people elect a civilian CIC. The CIC decides how force is applied. The Congress, another civilian body has the power to declare war.

I'll bet you never served either......Hypocrite.
