I already posted my facts: 1) The President opposed Congress's desire for the entire Homeland Security Agency reorganization for nearly a year -- until he read the political tea leaves and changed his mind. 2) The President opposed an independent investigation into the Intelligence failures that preceded the 9-11 disaster until just last week.... When he apparently read the tea leaves again.
