Yes - believe it or not it is split adjusted.

I personally would stay away from VTSS.

Right now the best bet would be LSI. But then we may not have seen the lows yet on LSI! :)

I'm sure most everyone here knows more about this company and industry than I do.... however it appears that vtss's debt is killing them. The street is reducing every tech with LT debt down to penny status now, I guess the rationale is if we stay at low growth for a few years, these guys won't be able to service the debt. The "long term debt doesn't matter" argument doesn't hold if you have no recovery whatsoever.
