Lizzie,

The stock swindle isn't how much phony paper you end up with in the end, but in how much you can convert. I see Nicholas and Samueli as being in the same class as, for instance, Gary Winnick of Global Crossing or Jim Crowe of Level(3). All of these gentlemen have been enriched to a fabulous amount by dumping shares on unsuspecting and lied-to investors. It's an irrelevancy, in the real world, how many shares a CEO or Chairman holds when his corporate bag goes empty. What is crucial of how much of the depreciating asset, i.e. stock, he can pass off to the bigger fool. In that regard, Nicholas and Samueli are clear winners, and the investing public a clear loser.

Dear Lizzie:

> "let the suckers enjoy their delusion", when I was trying to explain that his ownership percentages were incorrect, which they were- off by a mile, I'd say.

In the words of former President Clinton, it all boils down to how you define the meaning of the word "Ownership" "IS"! Your logic says that they have sold so in case they want to bring in new management it wont be a difficult task, (since owning that much of a company by just 2 people is not a good thing)! Ok I buy that. But you forget that in order to bring down their ownership of the company they do not need to sell, and instead they can give back their stock options to the company treasury! You see the difference?!

Also Henry and Sammuel own class B shares, and NOT class A (as they have sold all of their class A shares).

But it really does not matter... BRCM is on its final destination to join the likes of NT (which just announced a possible 20 to 1 reverse split to bring its stock to the $10/shr range!)!!

And by today's action in BRCM (dropping more than 15% and now in the $11/shr range, I think it will see its final destination far sooner than even I had imagined before!!
