BTW jpg,

I did interview several Federal Worker's Comp lawyers.
Unfortunately, they knew less about the applicable laws,
regs, policies & procedures than I did. As you know, you
cannot sue WC. You must use their so called system.

Basically, I would be paying them 20 - 30% to sit at the
table with their teeth in their mouths. I'd still do all
the leg work, prepare all the responses & do all the
testifying <g/ng>.
