Thanks Manny

Polar Pacific had tomorrow down significantly to be followed by a multi day rally with a final low on October 8.

This week, SPX at its low had retraced 78.6% of the July – August rally. The 848-52 level is the 61.8% of that rally, and also the level where a possible wedge-like structure, which had formed yesterday, would reach its upper trendline. Interesting level. And yes, the important 9/18 low of 857-58 is only a few points away.

(edit: Note, that the ~850 is also 50% of the decline off the 9/18 high)

Wow- just under 857 on the cash would have been a good sell.

Polar Pacific now thinks we could extend to as much as 904 on the SPX before coming down hard to 791.
