Dennis--- Fl is growing and not with ONLY the elderly. There is a large population of elderly and they require support from younger people, who is going to make certain the elec is running and the AC in top shape?. Now lets see,, up in the AM,, make sure the AC is on. If they go out it will be in an ACed vehicle to another ACed bldg, turn the AC down just a tad and back to sleep. BTW-- bingo & shuffleboard are indoors. Fresh air--- chew the humidity until you sweat then breath-- My father in law died there and brought mother in law back to a assit liv facility in OH,,, she can open a window and go outside at least a great part of the year. I think I'll winter in OH and spend summers in Toronto,,, if it gets too cold for too long in OH I'll spend a month in SC or preferrably NC. LOL!! Not really meaning to PO Fl residents but I'm greatful for those that can stand the heat & humidity, leaves more room in the midwest,,
