AYE sues Merrill for fraud....

biz.yahoo.com

I don't think that Merrill will be able to shrug this one off, with or without the help of Atlas.

any thoughts on how this will effect the IPP sector tomorrow?

Let me try again. Bashing of corporate criminals is now in vogue and right fully so. Most sane people, excluding some on the looney left fringe, also will support prosecution of the common criminal. The other crime is that of the left who feels their route to financial well being is to confiscate the earnings and production of others. Those crooks live in the legislative bodies of the world. It is best illustrated when well meaning plans to help the truly needy are blown out of control to cover those who have no need of government financial aid - e.g. - the many very wealthy seniors of this country.
