I had requested you cease & desist your actions against me publically on this thread , and thru my lawyer's communications & I sincerely hoped you do just that & move on with your lives so we could avoid court. It seems that disparaging me has become a major part of your lives, if not what you apparently live for, and I see my only remedy is the legal system. Saying that, I'm informing you that me & my lawyer will move ahead with the lawsuit in the very near future. I am requesting for the LAST time that you cease and desist and this request/post is of the public record, dated 9/27/02. I hope you will see that continued libel and disparagement of me is not worth it. Please reconsider your actions against me.
