Africa is such a disaster that neither side thinks it is worth bothering to blame the other. I did not even notice any comment from the "Black Caucus" on this incident.

Remember the "Congo" incident in '63? When "Che" was going to make Africa a "Revolutionary Vanguard"? We keep spending a lot of time and money bailing AID workers and Missionaries out over there.
