Why does any company want to say in California! You get fined if you produce more due to environmental regulations and get blamed if you do maintenance to prevent major disasters. unbelievable! All I can say is I wouldn't want to live in California when the next energy crisis hits, and if they continue to chase away energy companies they will have many more to come.
