A new lie from Keith!

"the 1998 Paravicini study, is unavailable to the public. The SEC has forbidden mere mortals to see it"

Show us any proof of this!

Afternoon, GE-B,

I was just thinking. Don't we need as many uninformed shorters as we can get? On a given day in the future, when the price zooms in a few minutes to 0.50, they can't get out without higher price to pay. Then, they will be licking their chops, wondering what hit them, then they will look at your references and decide to buy. Then it will be a dollar before they go long.
Don't we want as many shorters as we can get?
GE information does a long make.
We have enough longs now. Save some of these mullets for the future! Or, do you see it a different way?

Only reference to Guido's report is this mention in the company's 10K.

"Notwithstanding the foregoing, we did settle a civil action that the Securities and Exchange Commission brought in May 1998 against Golden Eagle and certain of our former officers and directors and others (SEC vs. Golden Eagle International, Inc., et al, No. 98-Z-1020 [D. Colo.]). Among the allegations made in the SEC's Complaint were that Golden Eagle and the individuals involved had issued press releases that were false and misleading in an attempt to hype the value of Golden Eagle's stock.

In November 1998, the SEC filed an Amended Complaint in the above-referenced action alleging that Golden Eagle and our President had an inadequate basis for making a May 22, 1998, press release regarding the Paravicini geological report regarding the Cangalli gold deposit."

So, there are no geological reports clearly defining proven or probable reserves. Lot of suggestions and references but no hard data that can be converted into clear and reportable reserves. I find this problematical.. don't you?

Of course, on the way to looking for reserve figures, I did find that this company has a history of SEC problems and past pump and dump operations. That is not good. Doesn't that further erode your confidence in this company and the stock?
