The Palestinian people want Arafat, and as long as Arafat is their leader, there will be no peace. Maybe there will never be peace, no matter what, but they are at least equally to blame that there is no peace. My own opinion is that they are more to blame than Sharon.

So why take sides with the Palestinians against the Israelis?


Hmmm, I don't think criticizing Sharon is to take sides with the Palestinians so I don't see that problem. As for the war crimes argument, I have no serious idea as to whether the Sharon govt has done something that can be labeled a war crime. I'm only arguing that for folk to come to that conclusion is not itself evidence of anti-semitism.
