I have owned GE since May of 1998. While I appreciate you and others raising capital for the company. I do find it interesting that there was no mention to the public that a convertible offering was happening at around $.03-.07 a share. It would have been nice to be able to have the ability to get those cheap shares. I am glad you are going to make a substantial profit as you should. However, your statement about short selling BB's and pink sheet stocks is perplexing. If a company is publicly traded people have the right to short sell their stock. You cannot say that it is ethical to short Blue Chips and it is unethical to short BB's. If you are distributing false information and short a BB stock, then yes that is unethical. Capitalism is not perfect, but the rules are the rules! You should seize an opportunity to make a profit if you see a stock that is overvalued, in whatever way you personally determine value. I welcome short sellers and wish them the best.
